Refund policy

We grant a 30-day right of exchange. This means that you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange for a different item (e.g. a different size).

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate an exchange, you can contact us at shop@lastchancetosaygoodbye.com. We will review your request and if the exchange is accepted, we will then send you the details for returning the items to our warehouse in Switzerland. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense. We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether it has been approved or not. If approved, we will then send you a voucher code with which you can reorder the replacement item free of charge.

Items that are returned to us without an exchange having been requested beforehand will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate and rectify the problem.


Exceptions / items not eligible for return
Certain items cannot be returned, e.g. perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom-made items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care products (e.g. beauty products). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of promotional items or vouchers.

European Union - 14-day withdrawal period
Notwithstanding the above, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason if the goods are shipped to the European Union. As described above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unworn, unused, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

To initiate the withdrawal process, you can contact us at shop@lastchancetosaygoodbye.com. We will check your request and if the withdrawal is accepted, we will then send you the details for returning the items to our warehouse in Switzerland. The costs for the return shipment are at your expense. We will notify you as soon as we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 10 working days. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
